Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 Working days*

Our standard dispatch is 1-10 Working days. Please allow this time when ordering for special occasions. This is On TOP of the shipping time.

While we can guarantee our orders are dispatched within 7 working days unless there are exemptions that you would be contacted about.

Working days are Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays

*Please note if we have unexpected delays - turnaround can sometimes be delayed by 1-2 working days. This will be avoided where possible however this may not be able to be avoided. 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY METHODS

The delivery method you have selected will go by the courier times. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive next day even if the courier states this as the courier website will break down their timescales for delivery which is usually we ‘aim to deliver’ 

The shipping method information is the service provided by the courier. This does not guarantee that your item will arrive in their stated time, eg Next day or 2-3 Working days.

Please check the courier with regards to the specific time frames. We will always dispatch the parcel with the method you have selected. Orders are dispatched between 8am-10pm daily after our turnaround. As an example you may order on a Monday, this may be dispatched Wednesday and the parcel taken to the courier at any time between 8am-10pm, if the courier has already picked up the parcels from the parcel shop on that day, then the courier will not pick up until the next day, Unfortunately we do not have any information as to when the couriers pick up form the Parcel Shops.

Should we not be able to dispatch your item within turnaround, we will contact you.

FAQ's



Postal Delays 


Once we pass your order to our couriers your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with our couriers, any issues need to be investigated by our delivery providers. We are unable to contact them on your behalf to see if they have any other information. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you. All guaranteed dispatch times can be referred to the courier's website for the option you have selected at checkout.

My parcel shows as delivered but hasn't been?

Please check all safe places & neighbours, Check tracking for GPS location to see if this matches. If not you must contact us within 48 hours for us to contact our delivery providers. After this time we may not be able to investigate.

You will be requited to sign a legal document 'Denial of receipt'

Investigations can take up to 28 days, please note we cannot speed the process up as we are normally waiting for a response from our delivery providers


My parcel stated it was being delivered today and it has not been?

Our delivery providers text message and email service can sometimes have the wrong information. They are automated messages and your parcel may not have been sent on the round. Should your order not arrive the day after you must contact us within 48 hours for us to contact our delivery providers. After this time we may not be able to investigate.

LOST PARCELS

In very occasional circumstances, our delivery providers may lose a parcel. This can be very frustrating for everyone and we ask for your understand of this. It is very rare this happens and if in the unlikely event this happens to you, we will endeavour to work with you to help locate it. our delivery providers policy states you must wait 21 working days after the item has been posted for a parcel to be considered 'lost'. After this time your item/s will be remade, subject to stock and usual turnaround times.

In no circumstance will refunds be given for lost parcels. If we are unable to replace an item due to stock, refunds will be given as Gift Cards only.

Our Promise

We will ALWAYS do our best to ensure turnaround is as low as possible, however at busier times of the month including around payday or sale days we may need to increase turnaround. This may not be updated on our shipping page.

Bank Holiday & Weekend Closure

We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. No orders will be dispatched during these times. 

Working days

Working days are Monday - Friday this does not include weekends or bank holidays. As an example if you ordered Thursday the 3rd working day would be Tuesday.
